Job Description Flight Plan Manager combines complete data support services — notice to airmen (NOTAMS), weather, airport suitability and airspace restrictions — with real-time alerts, enabling airlines to manage by exception. The 4-D cost optimization functionality, route, altitude, speed and time are simultaneously analyzed to create an optimal and compliant with airspace regulations flight path that accounts for fuel costs, CO2 emissions and delays. You will be involved in planning and deploying highly complex functional and technical systems, in a demanding environment thorough analysis, troubleshooting and diagnostics in a customer centric fast paced environment. We are looking for experienced individuals to join our Flight Plan Manager team, based in our office in Krakow. Technical Product Delivery - Business Analyst Key Duties/Responsibilities: Installation and configuration of applications: support with necesarry technical improvements for particular system according to client's needs and requirements Program software troubleshooting on-live systems using SQL, logs, network and systems tools Serve as a bridge between developers, architects, designers and with external and internal customers in case of any changes and new system implementation Provide technical support to customer on the application and its functionality Document, review and edit requirements and technical specifications and recommendations related to projects Solve complex business problems using differing technologies and systems views across multiple functional domains Ensure issues are identified, tracked, reported and resolved in a timely manner Consistently deliver high-quality service to customers Job Requirements Profound knowledge of administrating and troubleshooting Microsoft Windows Server and Microsoft SQL Server Understanding of Databases, Microsoft SQL Server and SQL profiler Ability to understand and modify PowerShell scripts Understanding basic network concepts Dilligent and details oriented Ability to coordinate and work with multiple global teams Ability to communicate sensitive information tactfully Flexibility to travel (25%) Why it is worth working with us?
